Refund policy

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us at info@nlamanstrms.com before sending your return to receive instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or replacement, please email us to arrange it.
